The Gaia Corporation is not another debutant band but an all star group with
members from Vanilla Sky (Vinx & Brian), 9MM (Leo), legendary Face The Fact
(Paolo) and Remove (Kikko). This is a true real project born in Vinx's mind to
give life at the too much hardcore works Vanilla Sky could not afford to keep in
its tracklist.
As for the poppish original band, Vanilla Sky, the music is still top quality.
Great composers melted with fantastic DIY major level production give life to a
5 track concept where you won't be able to ignore the furious and angry cover of
WonderWall and the first single Pitchblack, which've been on air for several
months through the net and radio stations.
Though TGC is meant to be a sideproject its success is inevitable: the proof is
the german licence on Redfield Records, the deal with Acute Records for Austria
and the Japanese release on Inyaface Records. The new european legend starts
today: The Gaia Corporation - our buisness is life itself.
This 5 track ep "Equilibrium" is a mix of scremo/hardcore bands like
Atreyu/Thrice etc. melted with very poppish chorus on the wave of Vanilla Sky
and My Chemical Romance, all made brand new with the presence of keyboards and
loop synths that give to this kinda music an original face.
