I Hate Kate was formed in 2004 when Justin Mauriello left Zebrahead to explore his musical options,the music is very similar to his former band so his fans will be pleased and about the bandname he says:a friend of mine dated a girl named Kate. She was the devil. I hated her from the first moment I met her. Hell was lonely because she was here. She was an evil person and I just said one day that I hate Kate.
This 7 track EP is filled with energetic,catchy as hell punkpop that in fact is a lot better than the last Zebrahead record which didn't include Justin - with this in mind,it's quite easy to see who was the reason behind their older and stronger material.
