Mobile is a Canadian indie/alternative rock band from Montreal, though based in Toronto. Within a year of playing in clubs around Toronto they gained a contract with Interscope/Universal, a first for a band from Montreal. They have a passion for their live shows and always try to impress the audience. The members of Mobile have been playing together for over a decade. and consist of Mat Joly (vocals), Christian Brais (guitar), Pierre-Marc Hamelin (drums), Frank Williamson (guitar), and Dominic Viola (bass). Their debut album "Tomorrow Starts Today" was released April 18th 2006.
Influenced by Primal Scream, The Cure, Stone Roses, The Police and even Pink Floyd. Recorded with respected Canadian producer Matt DeMatteo (Hawksley Workman, Danko Jones, Ashley MacIsaac).
