Debase takes elements from Stoner Rock, Power Metal and Goth to create a fucking wall of sound that'll crack your skull one minute and having you toke up the next. Michael Hansson's eerie vocals are powerful and melodic. Put that on top of the crunching guitars and the brick-house drums and bass and you have a lethal combination. They will appeal to a broad base of Metalheads, even though they remain very unique and have created their own style. When I look at the band's influences, they range from Korn to Kiss, which at first doesn't make sense, but they have taken the best elements from numerous bands and put them together.
