American Radio - s/t EP (2005)American Radio is a young San Francisco based rock band with songs that will warm your soul and tap into your emotions. This past year We've completed a five song E.P. with platinum producer Joey Moi and Brian Howes (Hinder) at Chad Kroeger's (Nickelback) Mountain View Studio. If you love live entertainment, this is one band that brings the true meaning of entertainment to the stage. We'll be touring some of the hottest clubs on the West Coast soon, so keep an eye out!
Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, American Radio frontman Brodie Stewart spent a lot of time at a place called the Love Center singing Gospel. It was there he realized his love of singing and the talent his Grammy Award winning Grandfather Bud DiSilva passed along. The reaction of the people in attendance left a lasting impresson on Brodie inspiring him to continue singing. Soon there after, he started writing songs of his own and putting a band together. Since then, Brodie has entered the hearts and minds of listeners often telling stories of falling in and out of love and the struggles that come with life and love. Brodie is an entertainer with personal touch, showmanship and vocal ability to match the best singers of our time. His positive vibe and energy transcends throughout the set and is feverishly matched by the rest of the band.
Drummer Brandon Davis provides a lock tight groove to pair with Dave Demby's melodic and moving bass lines. Punk natured guitarist Matthew Grace intertwines guitar riffs with hard rock guitarist Brett Laymance and acoustic/vocalist Josh Stinson demanding the listeners' attention and bring a full sound fit for arenas.
