Simple speaking, this is not extreme, heavy or dark enough to be of interest to any fan of truly extreme metal. This band could very well be an opening act for Pearl Jam or Alice In Chains. In other words, most of my criticism of this release stems more from the style of the band than the execution of that style. Overall, just too commercial for me.
